Cedric Le Rouge
CEO & Consultant
Cedric has dedicated 10+ years to elevating pricing, sales, and supply chain management for B2B Manufacturers and Wholesalers, especially in Building Materials, Medical Equipment, and Advanced Materials domains. Utilizing innovative technologies like Azure and Power BI, Cedric guides ADEXMA in crafting bespoke solutions that substantially refine pricing and revenue strategies, fortifying the financial stance of clientele. Cedric's acumen in pricing strategy is further accredited by an MIT Pricing Certification: Using Data to Improve Pricing Performance. A double alumnus of Cleveland State University, he holds an MBA focusing on Global Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Cedric also serves as Honorary Consul of France in Cleveland, representing France in the Cleveland consular district, and as President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce Ohio (FACC Ohio) — giving him a unique cross-Atlantic perspective on manufacturing, trade policy, and international business.
Bosko Maksimovic
CTO & Advisor
Bosko brings deep expertise in data engineering, ETL pipelines, and ERP system integration. As a Microsoft Azure specialist, he architects the data infrastructure that powers ADEXMA's analytics solutions — connecting disparate ERP systems, production databases, and operational data sources into unified, reliable data models. His ability to bridge complex technical data challenges with business requirements ensures that ADEXMA's clients get analytics built on a rock-solid foundation. Bosko leads Elite Business Solution, a distinguished ADEXMA technology partner.
Marc Bonenberger
Consultant
Marc’s supply chain management experience with L’Oreal, its customers and vendors (co-manufacturers, co-packers, wholesalers, retailers and 3PLs) has given him the framework and exposure needed to troubleshoot operational challenges and to propose opportunities for improvement and growth. He works closely with stakeholders to assess current state, programs compliance and goals in order to propose solutions from the tactical such as inventory or sku optimization to the more strategic evolution of collaborative supply chain functions. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and a Master of Science degree in Logistics from Georgia Tech.
