What a tier covers: your workspace with the users, AI agents, Network channels and connections of your tier, onboarding, updates, and standard support. For hands-on work, buy a project at a fixed price (above). Pre-launch: by invitation, October to December 2026. Paid tiers and projects are invoiced — Net 30, ACH or wire; no card checkout yet.
Included in every paid tier: multilingual workspace — English & French interfaces, AI Agents converse in 30+ languages · white-label branding · data uploads with validation · knowledge base · passwordless sign-in & team roles · full audit trail — every AI Agent action logged and reviewable · Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Where it runs — your choice of lane: US Commercial LIVE · EU Commercial LIVE — EU-hosted (Paris region), with named US sub-processors under SCCs; EU tenancy complete · US Gov and EU Gov lanes ON REQUEST — run inside your own or the State’s environment (Azure Government / GCC High / AWS GovCloud; SecNumCloud-qualified hosts) with ADEXMA as the software vendor; ADEXMA holds no ITAR, CMMC, FedRAMP or SecNumCloud status of its own. AI models from Anthropic, Microsoft Foundry, Google, Mistral and Scaleway, paired with document and data storage in the same region; no on-premises installs. HIPAA BAA scoped per engagement. French-law dossier work: EU lane recommended.
AI & hosting — two ways to pay: bring your own accounts — Anthropic · Azure · Mistral · your cloud — we connect and run them and providers bill you directly, typically $150–650/mo on commercial lanes (Gov lanes scoped per environment). Or run on ADEXMA’s accounts: we invoice AI and storage monthly, metered on tokens and gigabytes, at provider cost — no mark-up, no credit packs. Either way, usage is visible in your workspace.

What's the minimum commitment?
Your order form sets the term. Start is free. Insight is $490/mo billed annually ($5,880 a year), or $590 month to month. A month-to-month plan has no notice period and no cancellation fee.
How am I billed?
Pre-launch (October to December 2026, by invitation): every paid tier and every project is invoiced — Net 30, ACH or wire. There is no card checkout yet. Projects: a fixed price — Tune-up $4,500, Overhaul $13,500, Retool $40,500. AI & hosting: on your own Anthropic, Azure, Mistral and cloud accounts, providers bill you directly — or on ADEXMA’s accounts, invoiced monthly at provider cost, metered on tokens and storage, no mark-up.
How many users are included?
Start includes 1 user, Insight 3, Improve 5, and Transform from 10, set in your proposal. Use roles to control who sees and approves what. Affiliates and subsidiaries get their own workspace.
Can prices change on me?
Fees are fixed for 12 months from signature. After that, any change comes with 60 days' written notice — you can exit before it takes effect.
How do I leave, and what do I keep?
30 days' notice, full export of your data in standard formats. If you brought your own accounts, your AI and hosting accounts were yours all along, so there is nothing to migrate; if you ran on ADEXMA’s, we export your documents, index and history and delete them on request.
Who owns what?
Your data: yours, always. The platform, the AI Agents, and the Margin Architecture™ methodology: ADEXMA's, licensed to you while you subscribe.
What support is included?
Onboarding, updates, and standard support — email and in-platform, business hours across US Eastern and Central European time, replies usually within one business day. During a project you also work with a named ADEXMA advisor.
What compliance paperwork can you sign?
Data Processing Agreement at signature, standard. For healthcare workloads, a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is scoped per engagement, together with the required agreements from the underlying providers. Government-compliant lanes (Azure Government / GCC High, SecNumCloud) are contracted under a specific statement of work. Every workspace has an audit trail and role-based access as standard.
Can I change tier later?
Yes — at any monthly boundary. Start free, and move up when you're ready.
What uptime can I expect?
99.5% monthly target on commercial lanes, matching the certified infrastructure underneath. Government-compliant lanes carry the service levels of their specific environment, stated in the SOW.
How fast are we live?
Onboarding is included in every paid tier. On commercial lanes, typically live within two weeks of connecting your accounts. A project can start in parallel.
