Step 3 — Where it runs
EU Commercial: documents, AI processing and the search index are all hosted in France — Scaleway and Mistral for storage and models, Supabase (eu-west-3) and Vercel (cdg1) for the application. The EU tenancy cutover is complete. Several providers are US-headquartered and remain subject to US law wherever their infrastructure sits.
Same platform in every lane — cloud-only, no on-premises installs. You choose where your data and AI live (US or EU): AI models from Anthropic, Microsoft Foundry, Google, Mistral or Scaleway, paired with secured document and data storage in the same region. Gov lanes run inside your own or the State’s environment (Azure Government / GCC High / AWS GovCloud; SecNumCloud-qualified hosts) with ADEXMA as the software vendor.
