Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of adexma.com, the platform's public pages, the free diagnostics (Margin Scan, worksheets, Aerospace Readiness Index) and any prospect or client seat on the ADEXMA client platform. If your organisation has signed a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work or Data Processing Agreement with ADEXMA LLC, that agreement governs your engagement and prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Accounts and access

• Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your business email. Keep that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your seat.
• A seat is granted for one engagement or prospect workspace, may expire, and may be revoked by ADEXMA or by your organisation's administrator.
• Do not share codes, probe or bypass access controls, load malicious content, scrape the platform, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Free diagnostics and results

The free diagnostics produce indicative scores from the answers you give and public benchmarks. They are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not professional, financial or legal advice. Decisions you take on their basis are yours.

4. AI-generated content

The platform's advisors, drafts and analyses are generated by large language models grounded on the data available to them. They are decision-support material: they can be incomplete or wrong, they cite their sources when they can and abstain when they cannot, and you remain responsible for verifying anything you rely on or pass to a third party. Users are informed that they are interacting with an AI system. See AI transparency.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its methods, personas, prompts, evaluation sets, benchmarks and content are the property of ADEXMA LLC or its licensors. Margin Architecture™, Margin Quotient™ and Margin Squeeze Index™ are trademarks of ADEXMA LLC. You keep all rights in the data and documents you provide; you grant ADEXMA the licence needed to process them for you. AI outputs generated for you in your workspace are yours to use for your internal business purposes.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload identity documents, passports or special-category personal data to the AI knowledge index; do not upload export-controlled technical data or government-controlled information to a workspace whose compliance tier does not permit it.
• Do not use the platform for any purpose listed as high-risk in Annex III of the EU AI Act (recruitment, creditworthiness, essential services, biometrics, law enforcement, migration, justice) without ADEXMA's prior written agreement.
• Do not attempt to extract other clients' data, prompts or model configurations.

7. Privacy and security

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy; providers are listed on the Sub-processors page. Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly as described in the SECURITY.md policy of the platform repository.

8. Availability, warranties and liability

The site and the free diagnostics are provided without service-level commitment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADEXMA LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from the site, the free diagnostics or AI-generated content; ADEXMA's total liability under these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Paid engagements carry their own warranty and liability terms.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; courts located in Ohio have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules of your place of residence.
