Commercial terms for the ADEXMA platform and SME engagements.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months per solution, then month-to-month. Cancel any solution with 30 days' written notice. No annual lock-in — the platform earns its renewal every month.
How am I billed?
Platform: monthly invoice, Net 30, ACH or wire. AI & hosting: never by us — your own Anthropic, Azure, Mistral and cloud accounts bill you directly. SME phases: invoiced monthly in advance · Expert Days prepaid.
How many seats do we get?
Unlimited seats within your organization. The platform fee is per company workspace, never per user — bring the whole team, and use roles to control who sees and approves what. Affiliates and subsidiaries get their own workspace.
Can prices change on me?
Fees are fixed for 12 months from signature. After that, any change comes with 60 days' written notice — you can exit before it takes effect.
How do I leave, and what do I keep?
30 days' notice, full export of your data in standard formats — and here's the structural advantage: your AI and hosting accounts were yours all along, so there is nothing to migrate.
Who owns what?
Your data: yours, always. The platform, the AI Agents, and the Margin Architecture™ methodology: ADEXMA's, licensed to you while you subscribe.
What support is included in the platform fee?
Onboarding, updates, and standard support — email and in-platform, business hours across US Eastern and Central European time, next-business-day response. During SME phases you also have a dedicated engagement leader on a weekly cadence.
What compliance paperwork can you sign?
Data Processing Agreement at signature, standard. For healthcare workloads, a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is scoped per engagement, together with the required agreements from the underlying providers. Government-compliant lanes (GCC High, SecNumCloud, on-premises) are contracted under a specific statement of work. Every workspace has an audit trail and role-based access as standard.
Can I add or drop solutions later?
Yes — at any monthly boundary. Start with one pain point, add the next when you're ready.
What uptime can I expect?
99.5% monthly target on commercial lanes, matching the certified infrastructure underneath. Government-compliant lanes carry the service levels of their specific environment, stated in the SOW.
How fast are we live?
Onboarding is included in the platform fee. On commercial lanes, typically live within two weeks of connecting your accounts. SME Diagnose can start in parallel.
