- Deliver the scan results and diagnostic reports you have requested
- Send the intelligence reports and market briefs you have opted in to receive

What we don't do
We believe your data is yours. Here is what we commit to:
- We never sell your personal information to anyone
- We never share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes
- We never use automated decision-making or profiling that affects you
- We never send unsolicited marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in
ADEXMA Scan data
When you submit financial or operational data through the ADEXMA Scan, we treat it with the highest level of care:
- Your detailed financial inputs (P&L and balance-sheet line items) are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers
- We store only your contact information, industry, revenue range, and overall scores — the minimum needed to generate and deliver your results
- Everything we store is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We never share your scan data with other clients or third parties, and we delete it on request
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses aggregate, cookieless analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are visited most and how people navigate through our content. If you sign in to the client portal, we set an authentication cookie that keeps you logged in; it is not used for tracking.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics data we collect is used solely to improve our website and services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Encrypted transmission: all data sent to and from our site uses TLS encryption
- Secure storage: your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems
- Limited access: only team members who need your information to do their work can access it
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you promptly if a breach occurs.
Third-party services
We use a limited number of trusted services to operate our business:
- Vercel: website hosting and aggregate, cookieless site analytics
- Supabase: secure storage of form submissions, scan results, and client engagement data
- Resend: transactional email delivery (scan reports and form confirmations)
- Microsoft 365: email and document management
These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually required to protect your data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information from our systems
- Opt out of any communications at any time

ADEXMA LLC is a United States-based company. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including state-level consumer privacy regulations. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
