Can I trust the numbers, and what happens to my data?

Every number should show its working, nothing should happen behind your back, and your data should stay in your region. Here is what is true today and what is still to come.

Every number shows its working

  • Every finding cites its sources and data checks

Source system, period and the checks run on the data.

    live
  • How was this calculated? on every number

One click opens a drawer: the calculation in plain words, the formula with your own values, source and read time, checks with any exception, and four actions — open the rows, export them, ask why, flag a problem.

  • One line that ties the margin figures together

Identified, likely after capture rate, goal and verified so far, on one line so they never look contradictory.

  • It remembers your corrections

An excluded transaction is stored with who and when, applied to later figures, listed in Account › Memory, and can be undone.

Safe by design: nothing happens behind your back

  • A draft is not an action

Messages, quotes, price changes and ERP updates wait for your click.

    live
  • Approvals are explicit

A named person approves; who and when is kept.

    live
  • Done once

Newsletters, invites and reminders carry an ID, so a retry never sends twice. Quotes and ERP updates are next.

    partly live
  • Nothing lost

Surveys save as you type and the NetSuite setup resumes where you left off. Other forms and uploads are next.

    partly live
  • Undo

Workspace and record merges for 30 days; bulk changes for 90 days.

    live
  • See who did what

Account › Access log lists every action, with export.

  • Your data stays yours

Each workspace is sealed from the others, in the US or the EU.

Your workspace, your region

Every client gets its own workspace, sealed from every other client by database rules, not by screens. A US client runs on the US stack: application servers, database, file storage, backups, the AI providers serving the US, and email sending. An EU client runs the same set of services hosted in the EU.

live Never crosses regions: names, contacts, invoices, files, conversations.

proposed Crosses regions, anonymised: peer benchmarks built from aggregates only, for groups of at least 10 companies.
