Where your data lives, and what you sign

Your data stays in your region, sealed from every other client, and nothing is sent or changed without a person saying yes.

One sealed workspace per client

Each client's data sits in its own workspace, separated from every other client by database rules, not by screens.

Your region, US or EU

A US client runs on the US stack; an EU client runs on the EU stack in the Paris region. Names, contacts, invoices, files and conversations never cross regions.

Nothing sent or changed without a person

Messages, quotes, price changes and ERP updates are drafts until a named person approves them. Writing to your systems needs the Improve or Transform plan and a confirmation.

Who did what, kept

Account › Access log lists every action, with export. Merges can be undone for 30 days, bulk changes for 90.

Every sub-processor named

Hosting, database, storage, AI, email and monitoring providers are listed with their location and transfer basis, per region.

AI you can read about

Which models run, where, what they see and what they never decide on their own.

Data processing agreement

The DPA, in English and French

Every workspace signs one data processing agreement with ADEXMA, together with the order terms and the plan. The Owner signs it on one screen in the workspace; the signed copy files itself in your Library. Its Annex 3, the list of sub-processors, is the same list published here, so the page and the signed annex cannot drift apart.
