No. The free tools (the Margin Scan, the calculators and the worksheet) need no account. A 30-day Starter trial in exchange for joining the peer benchmarks is proposed for Wave 1, with a card collected up front.
Adam is the project manager. He is always on in every workspace and is never counted. The specialists are the AI agents for pricing, sales, supply chain, finance and more: up to 4 on Starter, 6 on Insight, 8 on Improve, and all 13 on Transform. Your ADEXMA advisor is the 15th member of the team.
A ring shows the share used. At 75% you are told. At 100% questions keep working on a lighter model and heavy jobs wait. At 120% work pauses until you add a top-up, upgrade, or the month turns. Nothing extra is ever billed automatically.
In blocks, priced and quoted before you approve: Tune-up (10 hours), Overhaul (30 hours) and Retool (90 hours). The block sizes are proposed and to be confirmed.
